I would like to understand the improvements that can be done in RESDEX for "IT skills" based search. One of the popular feedbacks has been that one should be able to search for specific "years of experience" in a "skill". For example, "3 years of experience" in "Java" Projects. 1) I would like to understand how you go about doing this currently?
