Super users (admins) can now create individual accounts for their teams via the ‘Manage Users’ page. Sub users (recruiters) can also request access through their Super user, making onboarding simple and seamless.

👤 Personal Workspace – Each recruiter gets exclusive access to their own workspace, perfect for managing job postings, searches, and candidate responses without interference.
🔐 Improved Security – Individual logins ensure access is limited to authorized users, minimizing the risk of unauthorized activity or data breaches.
📊 Tailored Insights – Recruiters will receive personalized analytics and insights, helping them make better hiring decisions based on their unique activity.

This change is being introduced in phases.
- Once your account is scheduled for the upgrade, we’ll notify you in advance via your registered email ID and in-product prompts.

Why are we doing this?
By introducing individual accounts on Naukri, we’re taking a step towards compliance with the Data Protection and Digital Privacy (DPDP) Act, 2023. As part of this update, our terms of use have been revised—account sharing will no longer be supported and may lead to restricted access.
