In our constant effort to improve user experience and provide valuable and timely insights to our Superusers, we are excited to announce a significant update to the Resdex Report subscription service.

Superusers now have the option to subscribe to daily reports for ‘Resdex Database Usage’ and ‘User Login’ data. Previously, Superusers could only subscribe to weekly and monthly reports. Below are the major highlights of this update:

1. Daily Subscription Option

Superusers can now choose to receive daily reports for ‘Resdex Database Usage’ and ‘User Login’ data. This new subscription frequency enables Superusers to stay informed about the usage and login patterns of the previous day, allowing them to monitor and analyze real-time data.

2. Revised Report Delivery Time

The delivery time for all Resdex reports, including the new daily reports, has been updated. Reports will now be delivered starting from 7:30 am onwards. This adjustment provides Superusers with the reports at a more convenient time, allowing them to kickstart their day with the latest insights.

Why Was This Update Done?

The primary motivation behind this enhancement is to provide Superusers with more frequent and timely insights into the Resdex database usage and user login activities. By having access to daily reports, Superusers can stay abreast of user engagement trends and can swiftly make data-driven decisions.
