Answers to some common questions
1. How does Single Sign-on work? Is there any pre-requisite for the same?
With Single Sign-on, when you log in to any Naukri Talent Cloud product, you can access other subscribed products without logging in again. For example, if you log in to Naukri with your username and password, you can access iimjobs or hirist (depending on what you have active subscriptions for) through the Naukri Talent Cloud navigation bar without having to log in again. The navigation widget will be available on the top right of screen as seen in the image below.
Please note: To ensure smooth access across products using the Naukri Talent Cloud navigation widget, make sure your username on all subscribed products is your work email ID.
2. I can see that iimjobs/hirist are part of my subscription, but I am not able to access the same. How do I enable access to iimjobs/hirist Database?
To access the iimjobs/hirist database, request permission from your iimjobs/hirist admin (offline). Alternatively, you can click on ‘Request Access’ under the ‘Resdex’ option on iimjobs/hirist.
3. I can see that DoSelect is part of my subscription, but I can’t access it. How do I get access to DoSelect?
To access DoSelect, request permission from your admin (offline). Alternatively, click on ‘DoSelect’ under the ‘Naukri Talent Cloud’ navigation bar and select ‘Request Access’.
4. What key features does Naukri Talent Cloud offer?
Naukri Talent Cloud brings together leading talent platforms to provide a one-stop solution for all your talent acquisition needs. Here are some features users can enjoy on Naukri Talent Cloud:
a. One-click job postings from Naukri to iimjobs, and hirist – Once you post a premium tech or management job on Naukri, you will receive a prompt to post a job on hirist/ iimjobs (based on your active subscription), in a single click. Basic parameters like Job Description, Designation, Location, etc. will be prefilled from Naukri Job Posting.
b. Cross-platform talent discovery from Naukri Resdex to iimjobs / hirist Resdex – If your organization subscribes to the iimjobs/hirist database, you’ll see a prompt when searching for premium tech or management talent on Naukri Resdex, when the number of matching profiles is below a certain threshold. The prompt will show the number of matching profiles on iimjobs/hirist. Clicking it will take you to the iimjobs/hirist search results with the criteria pre-filled. You’ll need access to the iimjobs/hirist database to view these profiles.
c. Easy to administer assessments via DoSelect-Naukri Response Manager integration – If you have a subscription to DoSelect assessments, the ‘Send assessment’ option will appear in the Naukri Response Manager. This applies to both Naukri Job Posting and NVite. You can select candidates from Job Posting applications or NVite applications and send assessments to them in bulk using the ‘Send assessment’ option. Once candidates complete the assessment, their scores will be available in the Naukri Response Manager.
5. What will happen to my existing subscriptions? Can I continue using my existing accounts?
Yes, your existing subscriptions will continue to work as they do today. With Naukri Talent Cloud, you get to make even more out of these leading talent solutions together.
- If you have more than one active subscription, you can enjoy access across the products with Single Sign On. You also get talent recommendations for relevant roles and one click job posting support from Naukri to iimjobs and hirist. With Naukri-DoSelect partnership, you will be able to administer assessments easily from the Naukri response manager itself. Note – these benefits are applicable based on the solutions you are subscribed to.
- If you are subscribed to a single solution, then you can easily discover any other relevant products available in the cloud for your talent acquisition needs.
6. How does AI power Naukri Talent Cloud?
Naukri Talent Cloud is enriched with AI-powered hiring experiences on Naukri. Focused on enhancing recruiter efficiency at all steps of hiring, here is how it works:
- AI-powered job postings and candidate search: Get AI-suggested search keyword suggestions when you start a candidate search on Naukri. Moreover, soon we will be launching AI-generated job descriptions to help you capture the most relevant requirements while posting a job on Naukri.
- AI-powered candidate recommendations (enterprise only): Get AI-analyzed, sorted candidate profiles to reach the most relevant candidates faster.
- AI-powered similar CVs: Build a pipeline of look-alike candidates with similar profiles based on candidates you have viewed and candidates that recruiters like you have viewed on Naukri.
- AI-generated insights about candidate profiles (enterprise-only): AI-generated tags on profiles help you identify candidate attributes for better decision making.
7. Is there any change in pricing with Naukri Talent Cloud?
The pricing of individual platforms will continue to apply. There is no change in the pricing structure due to Naukri Talent Cloud.
8. Can I subscribe to individual platforms, or do I need to use the full Talent Cloud?
Yes, you can subscribe to individual talent solutions and those subscriptions will continue to work as they do today.
