The New Naukri job posting form is more convenient, faster and easier to use. Now, Enjoy higher
productivity with the following features:
1. More convenience & clarity with Logically grouped sections & well-defined boundaries
2. All Mandatory fields together in “Job Details” Section
All mandatory fields are now grouped together and have been brought upfront under “Job Details”
section. So, if you are in a hurry you can post jobs faster by just entering the mandatory details.

3. “Candidate Profile” Section is now Optional
Which means that if you do not have a Candidate Profile description, then you can skip it
and enter only Job Description for your job posting. Candidate Profile section is in
collapsed state by default and can be clicked to expand and enter candidate requirements
as shown below:

4. “Keywords” Suggester
Improve the searchability of your job; Find your desired “Keywords” easier with the all
new suggestion values that appear as you start typing. You can enter multiple values
separated by comma(s).

5. New “Search or Select” experience for Location/FA/Industry/Role/Email
Easier Selection with Search feature in FA, Industry, Roles, Locations and email values –
for better user experience.
For example, if you have to select 3 cities- Bangalore,Chennai and Mumbai, then
1) You can either select the value from the drop-down(s)
2) Or start typing in the value you are looking for and the system will suggest you the
all the values that match.
International locations can also be selected similarly as demonstrated below:

and ease.

6. Job Visibility Section

7. Addition of New Cities and Countries
Addition of 70 cities and 40 countries to increase the candidate reach for your job posting.
8. Improved Labels for Industry, Functional Area and Roles
Industry, Functional Area and Role labels have been improved to provide you a more exhaustive
and convenient classification.
