Resdex now provides you a pool of candidates whose specific skills have been verified by Naukri. These verified skills are highlighted separately against the candidate profile to allow you to quickly differentiate between candidates that are actually qualified in a particular skill and those who have just mentioned it in their profiles. A new ‘Candidates with verified skills’ filter also helps you shortlist relevant candidates faster than before.

How it works?

Recruiters will now see a filter i.e. ‘Candidates with verified skills’, on the search results page when they conduct a search on a popular skill such as AWS or Data Science in Resdex.

To find the relevant candidate, recruiter selects the filter i.e. ‘Candidates with verified skills’. The search results show all candidates who have the searched skill as verified skill. Recruiter can check the details of the assessment/certifications associated with the verified skills of the candidate, by hovering mouse on an icon right against the skill.

Recruiter can also see the verified skill in the Key Skills section on the CV preview page. The message is same on hover as on the search result page.
