eApps Automatic Action Based Filters

0.00 avg. rating (0% score) - 0 votes

In case you don’t want to manually take actions for relevant candidates from among those who apply to your job, you can use the advanced search options and set automatic actions whenever a candidate matches the requirements.
You can set any or all of the following actions:

  1. Move matching resumes to System Folders (Inbox, Shortlisted, On-hold, Rejected)
  2. Email matching resumes to email IDs (you can use upto 5 email IDs)
  3. Copy matching resumes to Personal Folders in eApps (which you can refer to later)
  4. Auto-Reply to candidates with matching resumes

When should you use Automatic Filter options?

1.In cases where you check for matching candidates (who applied to your job and also matched the requirement you had set in the filter) at regular intervals of time.

For example let’s say that you check for relevant applications once every 3 days. In such a case you can set the filtering criteria and move applications that match these criteria to the Shortlisted Folder in eApps. You can then check for relevant candidates in the Shortlisted folder every 3 days.

2.In cases where you want to get only the most relevant applications in your email ID. In such a case you can set the filter action to forward all the matching applications/resumes to your email ID.

In addition you can also forward such applications/resumes to other email IDs. If cases where you want the applications/resumes reviewed by fellow recruiters, you can set the filter and forward the matching resumes to these recruiter’s email IDs.

3.In case you want to create a repository of resumes (for later use) from existing applications to your job, you can set a filter action to copy the resumes matching the requirements to eApps Personal Folders.

4.In cases where you want to acknowledge the receipt of resumes only for candidates who match your requirements, you can set a filter action to send automatic replies to such candidates.
