How to set filters to your job posting in Simple Steps –
Step 1: Choose ‘Applications based on ‘Personalized Application Filters’ under Manage Responses section in Naukri Job Posting form
Step 2: Select values for one or more of the following six Filter fields -

Naukri Recommends: What application filters should be applied to a job posting –
Since Filters will ‘Screen out’ non-matching applicants, filters should be applied for ‘Must Meet Requirements’ only.
For example – if the recruiter requirement is Candidates with 3 – 5 years experience And From location – Bangalore And B.Tech. Mechanical only, then filters should be applied for Location, Experience and Education. But if educational qualification requirement is flexible and only location and experience are must meet requirements, then it is recommended to not apply filter on education.
Important points about Application Filters –
Application Filters will Not be visible to Job seekers. Applications that do not match your set ‘Filters’ will still be available in the ‘Unmatched’ Folder of your Naukri response manager. Filters can be created/modified while posting the job or anytime later by editing a job or by clicking on the ‘Add/Modify Filter’ link on ‘ Manage Jobs and Responses ‘ page. Filters will not apply to unregistered applications to your job.
